You can take your performance to the next level in as little as 10 minutes per day.
Simply pick the correct video for the day, decide on your one minute work to rest ratio (35/25, 40/20, 45/15 – and the number of rounds you are going to do and get going! All this is detailed in a simple PDF that comes each month of training.
You get a list of the 30 days and the video you do that day.
Be sure and review the video before you train and get a feel for the patterns before you start. If it helps, write down descriptions that make sense to you.
The videos are pretty short so it won’t take much time to go through each pattern.

Keep in mind there are 5 to 6 new videos each month. They are a combination of previous patterns and new ones that build on what you’ve done in the past, to keep you getting better at the foundational patterns as well as learning new skills.
